Join us at the IMA Gallery to celebrate the work produced by artists taking part in the Toni Onley Artist's Program.
First offered in 2000 with distinguished Canadian artist Norman Yates (1923-2014), the Artist's Project for Professional and Emerging Artists has had a tremendous impact on the artistic development of those who have taken part in it. Participating artists spend nine days in Wells working in the IMA Studios under the mentorship of senior artists. The project is an intensive studio experience- with less structured time for set activities and more space for participants to develop their own work. Artists have the opportunity to interact with and receive mentorship from their peers, as well as, one-on-one guidance from the mentors.
2017 Mentors: Shary Boyle and Joseph M. Sanchez
