Bids & Brews Auction Fundraiser

IMA is bringing Bids & Brews our annual online & live Auction Fundraiser and Dinner to Hub Space in Prince George, BC on Saturday, October 5.

The live event begins at Hub Space in PG at 5:30pm with open bar and live music with harpist Shoshanna Godber while guests peruse the live and silent auction items. The live auction begins at 6:30pm followed by a gourmet BBQ dinner included with your ticket. Tickets cost $35 for Island Mountain Arts Members and $50 for non-members (but includes an IMA membership).

The online auction runs until midnight on Friday, October 4th, after that all the items will move to the live auction on Saturday, October 5th at Hub Space in Prince George. If you can't make it to the live auction you can enter a proxy bid online up to the highest amount you are willing to go.

This fundraiser will help support all the programs that IMA delivers including the Toni Onley Artists’ Project, the International Harp & Cello School, the ArtsWells Festival of All Things Art, the exhibitions at the IMA Gallery and the Artist-in-Residence program.

With your help we can ensure that Island Mountain Arts continues to support artists and deliver quality arts experiences in the Cariboo for many years to come. We hope you can join us in Prince George for this fun event, which will feature an incredible selection of artwork, experiential packages and unique items up for bid.

**OPPORTUNITY**: Island Mountain Arts is now soliciting donations of artworks, unique items and tourism experiences for the 4th Annual Bids n' Brews.

Donations will be promoted on all our social media networks leading up to the auction, including:

- 1x devoted Facebook post promoting your artwork/business

- 1x devoted Instagram post promoting your artwork/business

- 1x devoted Twitter post promoting your artwork/business

- Featured in our Facebook event

- Featured on the Island Mountain Arts website

- Featured in the Island Mountain Arts monthly newsletter

As a charity, IMA can provide you with a tax receipt for your donated item/experience (at the assessed value).
