This is a two- day workshop, which runs from 10am – 4pm with a break for lunch.  In this workshop I will guide students through the process of block printing on fabric. You will learn about creating designs for fabrics, carving blocks and the process of printing simple repeat patterns. We will explore a variety of techniques from ombre rolls, two-colored printing and jigsaw prints. We will cover what makes good design as it applies to fabric, colour and texture. You will learn how to do offset printing and how to register your stamps so your work has a professional fabric look.
